Kaye Booth

  • Kaye believes that family law takes a special touch — it is not solely about the law, but also about the people themselves. Family law is personal, and clients’ files cannot be treated like a simple business transaction, separate from the emotional realities of life. This is why Kaye always strives to listen to her clients’ concerns, and keep them informed of the process of their file. The client deserves to feel like they are being heard, and that they are in the driver’s seat. In her spare time, Kaye enjoys collecting and listening to vintage records, attending local theatre, and spending time with her family, including her precocious preschooler. Kaye will handle your family law matter with the compassion and understanding it deserves.

Alex Carter

  • Alex believes that the traditional delivery of legal services is not always suited to deal with the unique needs and sensitivities of family law clients. Family law clients are burdened with highly personal, often emotional matters that can be quite nuanced. The legal system is difficult to navigate, expensive, and therefore inaccessible to most people. Alex practices family law to help make the process a little easier.

A skilled trial lawyer, Alex fiercely advocates for his clients and keeps focused on resolution every step of the way. With a business background and a keen eye for detail, Alex will handle the particulars so you don’t have to.
